Common questions

How do I restore purchases?

Open VoyaLift, go to the Premium or subscription screen, then tap Restore Purchases. App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and must use the same Apple ID used for purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Choose VoyaLift and cancel the active subscription. Access remains available until the current paid period ends.

How do I connect Apple Health or Apple Watch?

Open the Health section in VoyaLift and follow the prompts to grant Apple Health permissions. Apple Watch features require the companion Watch app and paired device permissions.

Why is an AI food estimate different from the real meal?

AI estimates are approximate. Always review the food, portion, calories, and macro values before saving. You can adjust or enter nutrition manually.

How do I delete or export my data?

Use the profile and settings screens in the app to manage supported export or deletion actions. Some Apple Health data must be managed from the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

App review notes

No account is required to test the core app. A reviewer can complete onboarding, select a training plan, start a workout, log sets, finish the workout, and record nutrition or water. HealthKit, Apple Watch, and subscription features are optional.
